What is your cancellation policy?

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice of any cancellation or amendment. If a cancellation occurs outside of this time any deposits taken will be lost.

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to answer your questions to the best of their abilities via Facebook, email, phone and in person.

All of our treatments come with tailored aftercare advice.

There is a large car park 2 moments walk from us, located within the Albert Road retail park.
